我中心打造的“金融法”（全英文）课程于2019年成功入选“重庆市教育委员会2019年来华留学英语授课品牌课程”。自2020年7月24日，该课程已在重庆高校在线开放课程平台向社会公众开放。

中国金融法课程以体现现代教育思想，融外语与学科知识教学于一体，恰当运用现代教学技术、方法与手段，培养适应经济金融全球化竞争所急需的法学专业国际化实践人才为总目标，通过金融法教学为载体和手段，既教授学生国内外金融法方面的法律专业知识，又教授他们有关的法律语言（法律英语），还让他们了解不同国家的金融法律文化与法律理念，使他们在今后的学习和工作中能够真正与国际接轨，从而培养具有创新精神、创业能力、具有较强的社会适应能力和国际竞争能力的新世纪高素质创新人才。

本课程是面向经济专业，法律专业或者管理专业的外国学生开设的英语授课课程。课程主要介绍法律如何规制风险以及中国金融法基本理念。课程内容：金融法目标、金融法框架、法与金融关系、金融组织法（以银行法为例），金融市场法（以证券市场以及票据市场为例），金融监管法。预备课程要求：商法学，法理学，经济学，金融学。

Through my attendance of Chinese Financial Law class last term, I think it was a great class, to be honest it was one of my favorite subject, as the crucial knowledge not only theoretical but also practical lessons of Chinese Financial law, for instance the roles and duties of central versus commercial banks, the development and revolution of money and monetary policy worldwide compare to China and many more, as well as the example bringing to the class was vital because it’s imaginable and the situation frequently happens in the real society.

The classes were interesting and we got more knowledge about Chinese finacial law, we shared our ideas and our countries laws and views sometimes especially during different global financial situations, so this made the class rich of learning and knowledge exchange.

I think I have gained a lot in this class. In the communication with teachers and classmates, I learned about the contents and characteristics of financial laws in different countries. Many cases in the class are also very interesting, and the relevant knowledge is very practical.

通过亲身参与王老师的金融法英文授课，我对中外金融法史有了初步的、较为概括的认识。老师对中国古代经济、货币及相关制度的发展史，以及国外尤其是欧洲早期三大泡沫事件进行了深入浅出、图文并茂的讲述，令我印象深刻，也深感用流利英文讲好专业知识和中国故事的必要性。临近期末，在老师的安排下，我做了有关金融法热点话题的presentation，同时通过聆听其他同学（包括外国留学生）对热点案例、外国金融市场状况的分享、讲解和老师点评，我对国际金融发展形势有了深入、具体的了解，受益匪浅。以上收获将成为我宝贵的人生经历。
